What about delivery?

UK Delivery

  • We partner with top courier companies to deliver your parcel safely and on time.
  • Orders Processed within 1-2 working days.
  • Arrives in 1-2 working days after dispatching.
  • Not applicable for Fresh / Frozen orders.
  • Email will be received after the parcel dispatched.

Local Delivery

  • Standard delivery and 1 Hour Delivery is available to selected postcodes within Manchester area.
  • Minimum order:  £30
  • M1,M2,M3,M4,M5,M8,M11,M12,M13,M14,M15,M16,M17
  • 1 Hour Delivery Cut off time: 30 min prior to the choose slot
  • Same day delivery for order before 1pm. Next working day delivery for order after 1pm

Free Delivery​

  • Free Standard Delivery for order over £30.

Fresh & Frozen Delivery

  • Fresh / frozen products are packed in poly/cool box with ice pack system. Refreezing or immediate consumption is needed upon parcel arrival.
  • You must ensure to be at the address upon delivery. Any damage due to a failed delivery attempt is non-refundable.
  • Fresh & Frozen products can only be delivery within Manchester selected postcodes.

Refund and Returns Policy

  1. No return is accepted after the parcel being delivered considering food safety that we guarantee to our customers.
  2. If the product is not right with your online order, either incorrect or missing, please contact us within 2 working days after the parcel being delivered. 
  3. If any item is broken or damaged in your parcel, please contact with us within 2 working days after the parcel being delivered. A photo of the broken/damaged item is required.
