退款政策

考虑到食品安全,所有食品售出后除非有质量问题,一概不能退换。若有质量问题,请参考以下退款流程。

在收到包裹的3个工作日内,请邮件联系我们的售后,申请退款。

问题3  我收到的包裹里有送错的物品,要如何处理?

在收到包裹的3个工作日内,拍照并邮件联系我们的售后,申请退款。

问题4 我收到的包裹里有破损的产品,要如何处理?

在收到包裹的3天内,拍照并邮件联系我们的售后,申请退款。

退换货政策

产品破损 – 退全款

产品缺失 – 退全款或者安排补发

产品送错 – 退全款或者安排补发,送错的商品由客顾客保留

其它非质量原因,一概不退换。

所有退换货、退款申请,请在收到包裹后3个工作日内邮件至help@cinway.uk。已确认的退款,会在您收到确认后7个工作日内,原路退回支付账户。

Refund and Returns Policy

No return is accepted after the parcel being delivered considering food safety that we guarantee to our customers.

If the product is not right with your online order, either incorrect or missing, please contact us within 3 working days after the parcel being delivered.

If any item is broken or damaged in your parcel, please contact with us within 3 working days after the parcel being delivered. A photo of the broken/damaged item is required.
